2007 Foam Magazine Fashion Show at the A.S.R. in San Diego!
Senior Photographer and Chief Editor Adeeb Howrani of Surfillustrated.com was hard at work this past weekend, making the rounds at the 2007 ASR in San Diego - meeting with some of the top dogs in the Action Sports Retail industry, as well as, many of the world’s leading swimsuit and bikini wholesalers and reps to ensure that the swimsuit and bikini models of Surfillustrated.com would not have to go home naked after a photo shoot.
On Saturday afternoon, September 8th, swimsuit photographer Adeeb Howrani attended the 2007 Foam Magazine Fashion Show at the San Diego Convention Center and was last seen by many of his fellow shutterbug friends firing off a couple gigs of images while standing on a set of chairs in the VIP section- as always, jockeying amongst the other photographers for a better position and a greater view of the beautiful swimsuit and bikini models walking the runway.

Adeeb Howrani has been responsible for casting and shooting over 250 swimsuit models on Surfillustrated.com since 2001, and more recently, the casting, shooting and directing of over 35 new models in 3 video projects over the last 9 months, one involving a DVD and Calendar set, entitled, “The Girls of OC,” which was available through Borders Bookstores during the 2006 Holiday Season and Spring of 2007.
Surfillustrated.com has been able to obtain and maintain a tremendous amount of branding in the wireless media industry with still images of swimsuit and bikini models for wallpaper downloads and gif animations, as well as video content since 2005 with a variety of exclusive and non-exclusive contracts with wireless media content distributors and production houses from Los Angeles to Montreal, with the strongest distribution reprented by Airborne Entertainment, Viva Vision, Influx Media, 14,000ft. Productions, IGNITION.TV, HDTV, Marshall Street Productions, and IMG International.
Perhaps the most exciting and challenging projects for Senior Photographer Adeeb Howrani of Surfillustrated.com, are the video projects just around the corner during the fall of 2007 and throughout the new year in 2008 with IGNITION.TV.
After a two month test period with IGNITION.TV, in which Adeeb Howrani was responsible for the casting, shooting and directing of 12 new swimsuit and bikini models for a series of 3 minute music videos and interviews- a short “behind the scenes of a swimsuit photo shoot” style video production, which will be formatted for pod casts, video casts and a variety of other wireless media formats in 2008.
